Notes:

Due to the huge success of this pioneering and cutting edge night club they decided to do a compilation of each club session at the BLUE NOTE being represented by one typical track for that session's music policy, recorded especially. I had a club session there called THE HI-HAT and so I recorded COMPARSA ENOWOY (which finally ended up on the M.F.O.S. album).

It is fair to say that the compiler of this album and manager of the club (also part of NUPHONIC records), SAV REMZI, wasn't over happy about this track on here as it didn't sit well with the other state of the art tracks on there, but after all, it was representing the HI-HAT. You will be interested to know that my track CASA FORTE was originally intended and recorded for VOLUME TWO of BLUE NOTE CLUB CULTURE but the album never happened.
